SV series oil sealed CZPT direct-drive vacuum pump is a kind of reliable, durable, economic and applicable range of vacuum equipment. In the circular pump body, it has an air suction valve and exhaust valve (stator). There vanes are equipped with an eccentric rotor slot in the rotor, the vane blades divided the pump chamber into 3 parts. The volume of the pump chamber keep changing periodically as the rotation of the rotor to finish the process of gas suction, compression and elimination, so that the the gas/air from the inlet hole is sucked .

1.Maintenance
1.Keep the pump clean and prevent foreign matter from entering it.
2.Keep the oil level. Do not keep it running without oil.
3.Keep the oil clean. If it becomes dirty, muddy or has water or other volatile substances which affect limit vacuum the oil should be replaced. Before replacing the oil, start the pump and have it run about 30 minutes to make the oil thin and then stop it and let out the oil from the oil-outing mouth. Then have it run for 1-2 minutes with the gas-entering mouth open. During this time, add a small quantity of clean oil from the gas.Entering mouth so as to replace the remaining oil in the pump. Do it repeatedly. After making sure the pump is clean put on the oil-outing screw plug and then fill clean pump oil to the oil-level line from the oiling mouth.
4.If it is not in use for long, cover the oiling cap and exhaust cap and put it in a dry place. Meanwhile, High Quality Yunnei YN38 Turbo Charger Multi-cylinder Diesel Engine for Boat damp proof and anti-rust should be considered.
5.If it needs removing and fixing is sure to have an experienced or professional technician 1 does it.
2.Precautions
1.Do not pump inflammable, explosive and poisonous gases.
2.Do not pump gases which can corrode metals and can exert chemical changes with the pump oil.
3.Do not pump gases containing pellet dust and gases with plenty of steam.
4.The temperature of the pumped gas should not be over 80° and the environment temperature should be 5 – 6.
5.Do not use it as a compression or a convey pump.
6.Do not use or operate without oil.
7.Do not pull on the wire when unplugging from the outlet.
8.Do not put heavy weights on the wire to avoid being extruded.
9.Do not use when the plug or outlet if it is damaged.
10. Do not plug or unplug with your wet hands.
11.Unplug or switch off the machine when there is any kind of leak of coal gas.

Types of vacuum pumps

Forward centrifugal pump

Positive displacement pumps are also ideal for applications requiring precise metering.
Positive displacement pumps are superior to centrifugal pumps in several ways. They can handle higher viscosity materials than centrifuges. These pumps also operate at lower speeds than centrifugal pumps, which makes them more suitable for certain applications. Positive displacement pumps are also less prone to wear.
Positive displacement vacuum pumps operate by drawing fluid into a chamber and expanding it to a larger volume, then venting it to the atmosphere. This process happens several times per second. Self-priming centrifugal pump

Self-priming centrifugal pumps are designed with a water reservoir to help remove air from the pump. This water is then recirculated throughout the pump, allowing the pump to run without air. The water reservoir can be located above or in front of the impeller. The pump can then reserve water for the initial start.
The casing of the pump contains an increasingly larger channel forming a cavity retainer and semi-double volute. When water enters the pump through channel A, it flows back to the impeller through channels B-C. When the pump is started a second time, the water in the pump body will be recirculated back through the impeller. This recycling process happens automatically.
These pumps are available in a variety of models and materials. They feature special stainless steel castings that are corrosion and wear-resistant. They can be used in high-pressure applications and their design eliminates the need for inlet check valves and intermediate valves. They can also be equipped with long intake pipes, which do not require activation.

Screw Pump

Atmospheric pressure is a key factor in a vacuum pump system
